Here's how it works: After a 3 minute warmup, you will spend 10 minutes of continuous exercises that can be done next to a wall and with a guest chair. A full body weight workout that will challenge the muscles while increasing strength and flexibility.

No need to change your clothes. Flat shoes are recommended.
